Are all products new and original?

Yes, all offered articles are new and original packaging. We do not sell any exhibits or B-goods.

Are the prices inclusive of VAT and shipping costs?

All prices are final prices including VAT. For delivery within Germany, additional shipping costs are charged. An overview of our shipping costs can be found by shipping. In some cases, fees will be charged. An overview of these charges can be found here.

 

Why is Kitchenprofi Wagner so cheap?

We pass on our low purchase prices and cost advantages directly to you. These cost advantages are achieved by our high quantities of waste and by the saving of shop rental and advertising costs.

 

How can I order?

Simply order directly from our website or call our competent hotline (Tel: 06222-12345). You can also order by e-mail. Just send an eMail with your delivery and invoice adress, including telephone number and desired payment method: kitchenprofi@info.de

 

How do I find my desired product?

It is best to use the search function. Simply enter the desired device name or the type description and you will get a list of the products found. Or use the navigation bar on the left to get all available products of a category displayed.

I can not find my desired product in their assortment, what now?

If you can not find your desired product in our shop, simply call our hotline (Tel: 06222-12345).

How can I track the status of my order?

If you have placed your orders with a customer account, we will automatically send you an e-mail every time you change your status. You can also check your current orders at "My Account". "My account" can be found in the upper right-hand corner of the screen below the shopping basket. If you have made your order as a guest, you can call your order line at any time by calling our hotline (Tel: 06222-12345). Please provide your order number.
