From 20 Euro order value is independent of the number of ordered items the dispatch for an insured DHL package

within Germany free of charge (duration usually 1 - 3 days). If the order value is less than 20 Euro, the shipping costs are 3,95 Euro

9.99 Euro for an express package - delivery guaranteed next business day (Monday to Friday):

Express delivery of your goods is only possible with the following payment methods:

- Credit card       

- cash on delivery       

- PayPal         

- Immediate transfer      

- as well as for the articles marked "immediately ready for delivery, delivery time 24 - 48h"     

 

Orders until 12.00 are delivered the following working day. Also for express orders, Friday orders will be delivered on Monday and Saturday and Sunday orders will be delivered on Tuesday. We can not assume any guarantee for the timely delivery and can not be held responsible for any non-fulfillment. If the order is returned, the costs incurred by express delivery will not be refunded.

Shipping with payment on delivery

If you pay by cash on delivery within Germany, you will not incur any further shipping costs, only the delivery fee of € 2, - to be paid to the deliverer in cash is to be accepted by you. If a part of the order can not be delivered immediately and we send a partial delivery, you will receive the forwarding postage-free. As soon as your package goes on the journey, you will receive an e-mail containing a tracking code. With this tracking code, you can track your order at DHL at www.dhl.de.
