Is a prior appointment and time agreement possible?
A telephonic appointment and time agreement is possible in the case of large-sized units or when forwarding by means of forwarding. In this case, the delivering forwarding agent will contact you by telephone a few days after dispatch and will arrange a delivery date with you. Can I specify a different delivery address? Yes, you can specify a delivery address that differs from the invoice address when ordering.
Is it also possible to ship abroad?
We are currently shipping to Austria and Germany only. An overview of our shipping costs can be found here. We will gladly give you information about the amount of shipping costs. Please contact our hotline (Tel: 06222/ 12345).
When will I receive the goods?
Delivery is normally Monday to Friday between 08: 00-16: 00.
What is included?
All devices are shipped with the accessories advertised by the manufacturer. What happens if I order more than one item? If you wish, we can arrange a partial delivery for an extra charge. For devices under 30kg, this extra charge is 4,95 EUR and for heavier equipment 29,95 EUR. If you would like to receive a partial delivery, please indicate this in the comments field or contact our hotline (Tel: 06222/ 12345).
